I’ve had an electric toothbrush for years now, something about being able to achieve maximum clean with minimum effort always appealed to me. I am lazy, I brush my teeth in the shower. I know, I know, it’s bad for water consumption but it gives me an excuse to stand under the spray for a few minutes and enjoy the warm water which I would feel totally guilty for if I didn’t have an excuse.
When I was pregnant with Dexter I had hyperemesis and couldn’t stand to have any toothbrush, let alone an electric one anywhere near my mouth so we gave our Sonicare to a friend when we moved home from England and I have regretted it for nearly two and a half years (despite spending nearly $200 on an alternative electric toothbrush). I like the sonic technology which feels different from other electronic toothbrushes and does take some getting used to, because of this Philips has an introductory mode which over the first 14 uses slowly increases the power so you can get used to the difference.
There are 5 different modes to choose from, I brush with the Gum Clean mode which gives two minutes of clean and then a minute for your gums at a lower setting and I really like the refresh setting for a 1 minute quick brush to freshen teeth. But what I love most of all is the UV sanitiser that comes with the Flexcare Plus model. Mouths are gross, I mean seriously gross, full of bacteria and that bacteria ends up on your toothbrush, I love knowing that when I’ve finished brushing I can pop the brush head into the sanitiser and in 10 minutes it’s nice and clean.
My husband and I use the one base unit and have our own brush heads, we were already used to this method from having other electric toothbrushes and since we take the brush head off to put into the UV Sanitiser (it will do two at once) we saw no point cluttering up the bathroom with two brush units which is awesome news for you guys because it means I have one to give away.

Oh I would so love to win this. I was diagnosed with coeliac disease after the birth of my second child. I’d had gut problems all my life and as a result lots of gum problems. I get mouth ulcers and bleeding gums, which can make brushing my teeth painful. I am constantly throwing out my brushes as I want to keep my mouth as clean as possible so this brush is really appealing to me
I’d love to win as my teeth need all the TLC they can get. I brush regularly, floss each night, and have cut out all fizzy drinks.. but I still have holes because they damage has been done.. This toothbrush would help me to keep my teeth clean and hopefully prevent any future cavities!

I have malformed teeth and keeping them clean is a nightmare task – this toothbrush sounds like a great step forward in getting into all the odd nooks and crannies I have!! Also with a busy two year old and twins on the way at least I might still manage to brush my teeth properly with this brush;-)

Love that a toothbrush can whiten your teeth! I always want to try those teeth whitening procedures but I’m al ittle nervous about any long term side effects (let alone cost), so this would be a great way to get whiter teeth without any risks!

A smile is the first thing people notice. Having an attractive smile matters to me, gives me self confidence and starts my day off in a positive way. Having clean healthy teeth and mouth make a smile.
I’d like to take the Phillips Challenge and see if my family, particularly my kids can improve their oral hygiene. Pre teen boys can be pretty lazy when it comes to brushing but they love gadgets. Phillips SuperSonic may be just what I need!

I have the little portable one and love it. I jealously guard it from the rest of my family. It would be nice to have one for the bathroom.
I could definitely use one of these – our old outdated electric toothbrush doesn’t hold its charge well anymore. I’m in the process of getting a heap of cavities and one root canal treated after no dental checkups for the last four years (using the excuse that I was busy with my babies…) The Philips Sonicare Flexcare Plus would give me the extra help I need.

Ecocubs have a very practical Munchee Mug that has caught my eye!
Taking care of my teeth is so important to me as I have lost a few from having excessive vomiting during x4 pregnancies. I have a huge fear of dentists so try hard to avoid them by looking after my teeth. This toothbrush would give me the ultimate clean I so desire, but could never afford.

It’s the sanitizer that has me hooked! What other electric toothbrush offers this amazing technology for the brush itself! I’ve always been concerned with bugs crawling over my brush in the middle of the night! Gross.

I would absolutely love this mainly because my teeth are in serious need of help they are very crooked and chipped not that white any more and make me feel very uncomfortable. As a child my family couldn’t afford to get my braces and now still without money it seems to be something i will always have to deal with. So I would love to feel like im getting somehere with them.
I would really love this. I did have an electric toothbrush but it died about 6 months ago and Ive gone back to the normal manual toothbrush…..and haven’t got around to getting another electric one. I do really like how clean your teeth and whole mouth feels when you use an electric toothbrush.

With poor dental hygiene, I averaged six fillings a year as a child with secondary issues now as an adult… I don’t want my children to follow suit.
