[Closed] Disney’s Treasure Buddies

There’s something really lovely about movies that are part of a series, done well it allows you to continue following characters you’ve fallen in love with as they embark on new adventures. I love getting movies to review, I love sharing them with my family and watching as Dexter falls in love with an old favourite or gets excited about something new.

Disney’s Treasure Buddies is an all-new live action feature for the whole family. The sixth film in the Buddies franchise stars everyone’s favourite talking canine superstars Rosebud, B-Dawg, Budderball, Buddha and Mudbud. Follow the gang and their new friends as they travel to the mysterious land of Egypt in search of the lost treasure of Cleocatra.

Danger lurks around every secret sphinx, cryptic crypt and puzzling pyramid as Ubasti, a devious cat, schemes to possess the mystical jewel and use its powerful energy to rid the planet of all dogs! With help from new lovable friends Cammy, a baby camel – and a mischievous monkey named Babi – the gang and their new friends avoid booby traps, solve puzzles and explore a mysterious tomb in their most exciting and challenging adventure yet.

Treasure Buddies was a little old for Dexter, he liked the cute puppies at first but didn’t last for very long before getting distracted. In truth though, it’s not aimed at two year olds so that’s not entirely surprising. His cousin, Miss just-turned 8 liked the movie a whole lot more and sat glued to the screen, laughing and cheering the adorable puppies on as they uncover Egyptian tombs and search for hidden treasure.

A real feel-good family adventure, Disney’s Treasure Buddies is available now on Blu-Ray and DVD. View exciting trailers, games, video clips and more at disney.com/TreasureBuddies and answer the question below to win a copy of this fab family movie for your home.

I have three copies of Disney’s Treasure Buddies (2 x Blu-ray & 1 x DVD) to give away. To enter, simply comment here to tell me your favourite kids movie series.

This giveaway ended on 16th August 2012.

Lion King is my favourite movie. There is part that father in danger to save the son’s life. I was touched to see that.

Its a toss up between Cars & Toy Story for Animation movie series and Spy Kids (with people) because they are all so well made and provide fun, adventure & magic for all age groups.

Toy Story: I love watching their little faces in awe at the Toys coming to life, and it thrills me a bit too because as a kid I was convinced toys behaved exactly the way they’re portrayed in these awesome films.

Hands down the TOY STORY series. Such a favourite & good for a laugh. Though I do admit I cried at the end of TOY STORY 3.
